Blessing Kundalini Tantra Yoga

Experience a blessing Kundalini Tantra Yoga with Master Ketut Arsana, focusing on spirituality and helping others. During the process, yoga guru Master Ketut Arsana will bless the student through the shiva dvara (crown chakra), to awaken the Kundalini which resides in the base chakra.

This process will help you to open the energy blockage, make the chakra clearer, harmonize energy, and channel the prana.


Neti Pot Practice

Experience one of the six yogic purification techniques (shatkarma or shatkriyas) to keep the body clean, strong, and healthy. Jala neti is a process of nasal cleansing using a neti pot with warm and salty water, intended to purify the nasal passages and bathe the sinuses.

One of the neti practices that is commonly and widely used as a technique can be practiced at home without the guidance of a yoga teacher.


Detox Diet Program
